It has nearly taken a year for the Uplands lads to get back on the bikes after a big crash last year ..It has taken a lot of patience and hard work for Richard to get back on the bikes. After last year having a big crash at Castle Combe then building himself back up, and rebuilding the bike. Was back getting ready for next season with a track day in Pembrey..
